30-day Whole Food Pact!

Let's challenge ourselves not to eat processed foods or non-natural sugar for 1-month. We will keep each other accountable during our pact.

Date: June 24th - July 24th

Purpose - Diet Refresh!

Prize: Break From Unhealthy Foods

FitFam - we are each other accountability partners!

Example - No Foods 

  • Dairy

  • Grains

  • Added Sugars

  • Carrageenan, MSG, and Sulfites (is contained in some processed foods)

  • Junk Food

Example - Yes Foods

  • Vegetables. Eat vegetables — including potatoes!

  • Fruits. Fruits are allowed, in moderation

  • Unprocessed Meats

  • Seafood

  • Eggs

  • Nuts and seeds

  • Oils (some)

  • Coffee
