Foam Rolling: Self-Myofascial Release (SMR)

Foam Rolling workout is designed to loosen connective tissue, increase muscle flexibility, and reduce pain. The cylinder-shaped foam roller slowly rolls over muscles, stopping and holding on sore trigger points until the tension is released. Applying pressure with a foam roller releases tension in the muscles and minimize restrictions.


Muscle Contract & Lengthen

Static stretching workout designed to elongate and loosen targeted muscles, relieve tightness, and improve flexibility. This workout is performed by extending the targeted muscle, without feeling any pain; to its maximal point and then holding the position for a particular length of time.
