BY CHECKING FORM BOX AND SUBMITTING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT IN LIEU OF SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I INTEND FOR MY AGREEMENT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

COVID-19 Policy

Monthly Access: Includes a Tuesday class, a Thursday class, and a Saturday class on the schedule for that month. Monthly renewal is required with this option  Cost $75.   Participants with monthly pass have priority class entry.  Note: Monthly access does not transfer to the next month.  Unused sessions do not carry over to the next month.

Classes with “Live Stream” in title are online, live, and in real-time.  Virtual classes may run simultaneously with in-studio classes.
